I think that your vehicles should be ok from rust so long as you make sure that inside the garage is not super humid. For storing batteries, you could theoretically keep them in 40 degree temps, but if you try to use them you will see a huge drop in performance and capacity, so I highly suggest stor...

I honestly leave mine in the garage year round - but I am also in TN where the weather is much more moderate.
Expect a drop in performance with cold electronics (especially batteries), but otherwise I believe you are fine.
