Hello to all I have a broken grub screw on my motor shaft inside the pinion I over tightened it and snapped it in half. What can I do to get it out? Will I have to dremel the pinion gear in half? Any suggestions will be appreciated. First time it happens to me thanks again in advance?

You may have luck with a tiny flat-blade screwdriver if there's an edge where the grub screw snapped. I had something similar happen with ballstuds in aluminum parts.
If nothing else will help, you can try a pinion gear puller/remover. Just enter either into your search engine of choice.

A left hand drill bit might work. Heat from a heatgun. A screw extractor. Yes they make 2 and 3 mm ones. If all else fails. Cut it off with a cut off wheel on a Dremel.
