Had a lot of fun at Scale Challenge West last weekend with twin steer.
It is finally built up to the point where it can survive driving through some harsh terrain without drivetrain failure and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s driving. Now to get all the bodywork done!
Still making progress on the behemoth.
Version 2 frame with longer front links for better suspension geometry and significantly improved drivetrain. Body still very in progress.
Even more paint progress made on the Keipra!
Little sloppy in some areas (very much to my annoyance). But its fine… I vented about it already and have accepted that I am very much a novice and all this paint work is new territory for me and given that I think its not too horrible.

See MorePaint still isn’t finished, got a few more stripe layers to add and then need to add decals, but at least the chassis is done.
So much left to do and not nearly as much as I wish was left before Axialfest, but it’ll be there whether it’s finished or not!
